I'm a Product Design Cluster Lead (Acting) at Volvo Cars, shaping the commercial systems behind how cars are configured, priced, offered, ordered, and brought to market.
I look across the commercial journey to find the problems where design can make the biggest difference. That means connecting customer needs with operational realities, questioning the brief, and helping teams decide which problems are worth solving first.
I make possible futures tangible through concepts and prototypes that challenge assumptions and open up new product directions. Working with product, engineering, and business partners, I turn those explorations into a shared view of what we should build and why.
My aim is to give teams the context, principles, and patterns to make good decisions on their own. I stay close to the craft while building clarity across teams, so the work can move forward without every decision coming back to me.
Over the past decade, I've worked across automotive, healthcare, life sciences, and financial services. Before Volvo Cars, I was a Senior Product Designer and Consultant at McKinsey & Company, helping global clients shape data-driven tools, healthcare products, and digital services.
